Shades of Sailing in the Balearics

I love that the sea can be a million different colours. Azure blues on sandy coves, turquoise, deep green, grey, even the black of a following sea in an electrical storm. After spending ten days on a boat with a new perspective looking back at the land from the ocean I feel like I have a new appreciation for these mood ring waters. Sailing with my family on Noeta around Spain’s Balearic Islands we went from the wild rocky pink cliffs of Mallorca, to the flatter rock slabs and caves of Menorca.

These are the Balearics, as seen from the sea. _MG_8369_MG_8522_MG_8533_MG_8379_MG_8762_MG_8540_MG_85554589002145890020_MG_8726_MG_8824_MG_8877_MG_882845890023_MG_9030_MG_9040
